Who this is for
We can only sponsor a limited number of people at a time, so we are direct about who this is for. Two filters, and both matter.
1. You genuinely cannot afford it
This is reserved for people for whom paying out of pocket is not realistic — not inconvenient, not annoying, but out of reach. If you could pay for this yourself, please leave the spot for someone who can't.
2. You are willing to do the work
The medication is one part. You are also committing to:
- Hitting your daily protein target — every day, not most days.
- Training at least three times per week.
- Following the 12-Week Transformation nutrition and fitness program.
- Answering a check-in from our care team once a month.
If that sounds like too much right now, that's a fair answer — this just isn't your moment.
What happens after 12 months
The sponsored program lasts up to 12 months. At month 12 the free program stops. From there you have two options: exit, or continue at cost — $100 per month, which covers your medication, provider review, and shipping.
Nobody should be surprised at month 11. This is stated here, in your approval, and in your check-ins.
